There is a lot of sickness on the go and it is yucky.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Re your sleep patterns.  Don't stress over it, go with the flow.  Your body obviously tells you when you need to crash out. It's just the way it is. &lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Some of the most famous people have been erratic or light sleepers, needing only short periods of it.  You might be one of those people. also in this comment do you say "why don't we talk about irish"? I agree! &lt;br&gt;
